Mini Implants

Mini implants is a procedure Dr. Carpenter offers to patients who are wearing dentures.  Dentures no longer have to be loose, ill-fitting and difficult to eat with.

Mini dental implants are ultra small titanium screws that are inserted into the remaining jawbone.  The patient's existing or new dentures snap onto the implant heads.

These mini implants are particularly helpful for patients who lack sufficient bone for standard sized implants.  The procedure is usually performed within an hour or two.
