Meet The Doctor
John F. Carpenter, D.M.D., M.A.G.D.
Dr. Carpenter has received a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He has received the Academy of General Dentistry's Fellowship and Mastership Awards. Less than 1% of all dentists achieve this prestigious honor.
He is a member of multiple dental organizations including International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Academy of Osseointegration, International Association for Orthodontics and Northeast Gnathologic Society. He is Past President of the Newburgh Dental Society and Education Chairman of the Ninth District Dental Society. Dr. Carpenter graduated from Boston College with a Bachelors and then a Masters Degree in Chemistry. He obtained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University and completed a residency at Brookdale Hospital in New York City.
Dr. Carpenter and his wife, Susan, have two sons. He enjoys family time, hiking, gardening and golf.
